This unit has it’s own washer/dryer unit and bbq. Wifi, a/c in the lower bedroom, 1 x week cleaning and shared pool/common area.
Cuatro Estaciones is in a fantastic neighbourhood, boasting great local places to shop for all of your grocery needs - fruteria, fishmonger, butcher, bakery + corner tiendas. There are some of the best restaurants around the corner of the likes of Culi’s, Buce-Burger, Buclas Brewery, La Glorieta de Enrique (mariscos) and a new spot Tacos and Beers (owned by the Culi’s group). Not to mention several delicious taco stands. If you pay attention you will be lucky enough to be out for a walk when the churro guy has decided to set up just around the corner.
