My name is Joel Patrick Goralski, and I feel it is necessary to publicly address a situation that has been ongoing since 2023. A resident of the Cuatro Estaciones condominium, John Joseph Culleeny III, along with some of his associates, has orchestrated a coordinated campaign of defamation and intimidation against me through social media and other means. These actions have targeted both myself and my family, causing undue stress and harm.
After enduring these attacks for far too long, I have taken decisive legal action to protect my honor, dignity, and the well-being of my loved ones. On November 5, 2024, I formally filed a criminal complaint with the Public Prosecutor's Office in Bucerías, Bahía de Banderas, Nayarit. For transparency, the acknowledgment of receipt for this complaint is shown below.
Following this complaint, official investigations have commenced, and protective measures have been granted in my favor.
The Prosecutor’s Office has specifically ordered the following protective measures in accordance with the law:
Prohibition of Intimidation or Harassment: The accused, John Joseph Culleeny III, is strictly prohibited from engaging in any conduct that intimidates or harasses me.
Surveillance: If necessary, surveillance will be provided at my residence.
Police Protection: I am under the protection of the police.
Immediate Assistance: Police officers will respond immediately to my location if I request assistance.
These measures are designed to ensure my safety and uphold my right to personal honor and dignity. The accused has been formally notified of these orders by the Prosecutor’s Office and has been explicitly warned not to violate them.
I am issuing this statement not only to inform my friends, family, and the public about what I have been experiencing but also to clarify the steps I have taken to address this situation responsibly. I encourage everyone to critically evaluate the defamatory statements and actions being made against me, which lack any factual or legal basis.
Additionally, I would like to address those individuals who have participated in this coordinated campaign of defamation alongside John Joseph Culleeny III. Be aware that your involvement in these actions may carry serious legal consequences. I strongly advise you to cease any participation in these activities and refrain from engaging in behavior that could be deemed defamatory or harassing toward me.
Justice is equal for all, and no one is exempt from accountability for actions that violate the law or ethical standards.
